Terms of Service
The rules for using iTip as a guest, team member or merchant in Kuwait.
1. About the service
iTip lets guests send cashless tips to service teams in Kuwait by scanning a QR code. Amounts are shown and charged in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
2. Payments
Payments are processed by licensed payment providers via KNET, cards and Apple Pay. Any platform fee is shown clearly before you pay. Completed tips are final unless required otherwise by law.
3. Merchants and team members
Merchants must provide accurate business details and keep account access secure. Tips are recorded in an immutable ledger and settled on the agreed cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
