1. What we collect
Tip amount, rating and optional comments, an optional receipt email, and business and team details provided by merchants.
2. Payment data
Card and KNET details are handled by our licensed payment providers. iTip does not store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
To deliver tips, issue receipts, settle payouts, prevent fraud and improve service. We never sell personal data.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by role.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us through the Contact page.
